We process the full refund back to your payment method. Once confirmed, you pay us 25% of the total order amount (including shipping & tax). You keep the item. Free.

We purchase the item and it ships directly to your address. Track updates through your ticket until it arrives at your door.

B4U = Buy For You. It's simple — you don't need to spend the full retail price. We buy the item on your behalf and you only pay 30% of the cost upfront. It's designed for people who want high-value items but can't or don't want to spend the full amount. Think of it as a heavily discounted pre-order service.

Our refund methods are tested and carefully applied per store. We do not use your account credentials — you stay in control. Account risk is inherent in any refund service, but we use low-risk methods optimized per retailer. We have a 99%+ success rate.
Payment is arranged through the Discord ticket after the refund is confirmed. For B4U, you pay before we place the order. We accept various payment methods — ask in the ticket and we'll sort it out.
In the rare case a refund fails, we will not charge you a fee. You are only charged after a successful refund hits your account. We take the risk — not you.
